Does the shipping time include production time?
Shipping time does not include production time. Production time is the period required to create your custom product, which typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on the product and our production partners. Once production is complete, the shipping time begins. Standard shipping usually takes 2–5 business days within the U.S.
Do you ship internationally?
While our print partners do offer international shipping options, we currently only ship within the United States. As we grow, we may expand our shipping options, so stay tuned for future updates!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not offer returns or exchanges; however, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We provide reprints or refunds for orders that are lost, arrive damaged, or contain a manufacturing error. If you experience any of these issues, please contact us at contact@shopchromatique.com within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist.
What should I do if my order is lost in transit?
If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at contact@shopchromatique.com. We are happy to send a replacement order for any lost items. Unless you specifically request a refund, we will automatically reorder lost items on your behalf.
Where's my refund?
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.
